*SCREAMS LOUDLY AND THROWS IT AT THE WALL*

I’m so, so, sorry aspect-rei that it took me seventeen years to finish this. Funny story — I spent hours lovingly rendering those bookshelves, and the light on the interior, and the shelf itself… and forgot that BOOKS go on a bookshelf.

I hope you like it! I’ll be sending you the huge document in a few minutes.

And thus my outstanding commissions are completed. *throws confetti*

How dare you let things distract you! 😛

Love it, thank you 😀

Mic the Mic (in blue) and myself (concentrating super hard on holding stuff steady for the cameras) running the BUCK ‘14 charity auction.

We had a ton of amazing items, and an amazing crowd.

Final figure is ~£12,500 ($20,120) which is being donated to JDRF Type 1 diabetes research. For reference, there were about 1000 attendees.

Itching to get involved with another convention… but at the same time I’m glad I’ve got time to come back to my personal projects (like this blog) again.

Legit the cutest man alive.

Am I the only one who’s never had any problems with losing their tablet pen?

I see people posting all the time about how it’s the digital artist’s greatest nemesis, to lose their tablet pen. The most “lost” mine has ever been is when it took me 30 seconds to find it because it was under my tablet somehow.

Am I alone?

haven’t so much lost either of my pens yet, but I have grabbed the wrong one a few times..

Man it’s so hard to get work here though. Even though I have a degree in IT it took me eight months to find even casual employment.

I’m fortunate, as a chef, my skills are always in demand, but I hear you on struggles for IT trained people.
Many of my closest friend are in various fields of IT (from support all the way through to programming and so on) and they’re either fighting for their jobs regularly, or struggling to find work. It’s the unfortunate side effect of many businesses seeking to cut IT costs and simply outsourcing whatever they can.
