Here’s the finished product

I took the things you like, and combined them into the one item 🙂
so what we have, is individual Red Velvet cakes, filled with a fresh strawberry and cherry liqueur syrup, covered with a dark chocolate ganache, then served with cream, fresh strawberry, and cherry.

What did you think of how the dish came out? (end result was a little rich for me, but chocolate of that type isn’t really my thing)
