Have you tried replacing some of the flour with almond powder ? It makes them light and soft too :3 Anyway, I’m totally going to try your recipe too, to compare :D

I personally haven’t.
It’s a recipe I use for work that’s easily scalable and flexible (I normally do 2-3 times the posted quantities and change what I use in it for flavor)
Something like almond flour is expensive, and the site actually has a strict budget.

The good thing with that recipe is it’s so adaptable, the quantities needn’t be exact, and you’ll still get close to the same end result.
