What is your favorite food to cook?

This is actually kind of tough, it’s hard to pin down an individual item, as I tend to swing with my mood.

however, I’m very much a mains type of person, and while I tend to lean mostly towards Thai, Japanese or Chinese foods (I have a very large market near my home that has a huge variety of specialist food stores for various cuisines, which makes getting what I want easy)

But I can’t pass up the chance to make my bbq ribs or a good fresh pasta from scratch. Even though I work with food all the time, there’s just something really relaxing for me when I spend a whole day in my kitchen at home working on a meal.

So I decided to give this a try today

came out pretty good, especially considering properties of some of the ingredients differ slightly here compared to the US.

overall, very simple for people to make, I barely had to think, so someone less cooking inclined shouldn’t have too much trouble.

I highly suggest looking through the cooking comically site, there’s quite a few good ideas there, that are simple to make. It’s pretty much my “i’m too lazy to cook much, but don’t want fast food” reference when I’m at home these days.
