I was wondering: have you ever tried doing a jambalaya?
It’s been a long time (almost a decade now), but we actually had one on the menu at the place I worked at as an apprentice.
How accurate it was, I can’t be sure from memory however.
Oh I love it when I come up with an idea for a new dish in my head. Gets me all excited. I can’t wait to get home right now…
