My only suggestion recipe-wise is to please provide measurements, even if they’re estimates. I know as a chef you cook without measuring, but as an amateur I’d be afraid to cook this without some amount guidelines!

Don’t worry, it’ll happen with measurements for a good majority of them (that first one was really simple and largely a to-taste style of recipe, so everything is very flexible.

most of the ones I do in future will need measurements (especially  desserts)
