my sleep schedule is so screwed up because of work…
a little detail: I work breakfast, so in order to set up every day, I start work at 2AM, meaning I get up at 1AM, and I work all the way through until 11AM.
because I’m on a 4 week on, 1 week off roster, I do that for 4 weeks straight.
I got home yesterday. was up until about 8PM.. woke up dead on 1AM.. and now I can’t get back to sleep.. it’s going to take days to get a decent sleep, and then I’ll be back at work….
