My food project begins. And my first  recipe

I’ve started a new food project for this blog (so I use it for it’s intended purpose)

I’ll be taking inspiration from characters and blogs, and then create recipes inspired by them.
I will be cooking every recipe I post, So I can be sure of how it works (don’t expect a lot of fish, haha)

First up is a recipe based off arosu-sama.

A spicy dish, with a bit of sweetness added, this is relatively fast to make.
You can be highly flexible with the vegetables used too. I served it with black rice (I think the contrast worked well) but feel free to use whichever you’re comfortable with

Ingredients:

Carrot, diced
Red Onion, diced
Garlic
Chilli, chopped
Palm Sugar
Cauliflower, cut small
Broccoli, cut small
Sugar snap peas,  cross cut
Capsicum (bell pepper), diced
srirachia sauce

Start by sautéing the garlic and chilli in a frypan for a minute with some oil, then add your carrot and onion

Cook these out until the onion softens, then add the palm sugar, continue to cook for another minute, then add the cauliflower and a little water.
allow to simmer for a bit, before adding the broccoli.

continue to cook for a few minutes, adding a touch of water if it gets too dry, before adding the sugar snap peas and capsicum. mix in well and cook for a minute before adding the sriracha sauce.

season to taste, stir well, before serving with black rice and a little sweet chilli sauce

Enjoy 🙂

I’ll have a dish that I’ve had inspired by Rarity later today.
