For here, a lot of it comes down to “this is something I’d eat at home”
These guys spend at least 60% of their time living on site. They mostly want simple stuff they can walk out the door with.
Which is why they love things like bacon and egg rolls or sausage and egg roll..

One thing that always amuses me when doing breakfast on minesites..

I can throw almost any random thing together for the special, and the workers will think is the best thing ever..
